Reports came out saying during 2nd quarter of this year, the average price for Dubai apartment for rent fell by 23% to Dhs129,900, while average rent for Dubai villas fell 19% to Dhs220,350.
This makes villa rentals down to 31% from their peak in 3rd quarter 2008, and apartment rentals down 29% from their peak in 4th quarter of 2008.
